I am Angelia Allen, a wife, mothers, hustler, activist, international style practitioner, and a DEI manager for Mering Global. I operate at the crossroads of beauty and sustainability to express ideas through products and act at the crossroads of inclusion and elegance to create great work for minority ecosystems. I work with fortune 100 companies and nonprofits.
I graduated from an HBCU owned several business traveled and enjoyed some unique experiences yet, I still felt compelled to do more. I missed the thrill; the thirst to be involved in something greater than the day to day click of a desk top to mouse. So i founded D.I.M.E, to ensure women and people that look like me have the same opportunities to compete in the global market.
Finding my passion in life is a dream come true. I put all of my enthusiasm into the work I do.
